Overload when selling stolen goods (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Such a problem. I go to Tonnile's to sell honestly stolen junk. Mostly necklaces, rings, stones, etc. However, when I sell something to her, my tolerable weight increases dramatically, even to the point of being overloaded. It takes 3 rings.

At first I thought it was because of the actions I had done before. I walked to the Old Lady's Rock behind the top of Mehrunes' razor. I had an overload, I drank a potion of strength and moved on. Then its effect ended, and I had to walk to the cart near Markarth, dragging the heavy thing in front of me. Then I put it in my inventory, but moving with a cart when overloaded, as it turned out, did not work. In this case, the character got into the cart, but the movement did not occur. There was something like sitting on a bench. Then I quickly stole the potion of strength and after that I calmly drove to Riften.
However, after loading and replaying with overload avoidance, the situation did not change.

Then I, in a new save (without overloads), applied the recycleactor command to Tunnel, and then disable / enable. Did not help.

Once it happened that with a necklace with the enchantment "Prices are 20% more profitable" the situation worsened. But this did not repeat itself, and besides, I might have left something out. So it's debatable.

I tried to put all the things in the container (except for the quest items, one note from the mod and, suddenly, the nightshade extract). As a result, my weight went down.

I recently upgraded to Windows 10. Performing a clean install, completely formatting all drives. Then I installed the same version of Skyrim, copied all the files from the pre-made copy of Skyrim to the root folder before reinstalling, downloaded all the save files, copied Mod Organizer. All files and paths to them are completely the same and everything works fine (up to this point, at least).
I am writing just in case, suddenly something went wrong at this stage.

It happens that after removing a mod, an item from it remains in the inventory. At the same time, it will be taken into account in the total weight of items, but it will not be on the list. If you have recently removed and / or disabled some mods, you should try to return them.
Second, it may be due to some currently active mod. In this case, you need to try to disable the mods and check if the problem has disappeared or not.
And the last radical method. Put all the items in the chest and enter the command
player.removeallitems
It will remove all items from the inventory, possibly even quest items. If they disappear, you should write down the names of all quest items in your inventory, find their ID, and then add using the player.additem ID command.
And before applying the codes, it is advisable to make a save.

And yet, it is strange that the carriage did not move when the character was overloaded, as far as I remember, the weight should not affect the movement of the carts. I advise you to pay attention to Better Fast Travel mods and Container and Arrow Weight Restriction

Thanks, it helped! The problem was with the Container and Arrow Weight Restriction mod. I think because of him the weight was calculated incorrectly. Although I still lose weight when putting things out of inventory (but now -4, not -6), this does not interfere with playing, especially since the weight is now reduced when selling, as it should. Tried the player.removeallitems command but it didn't make any difference.
