Your images in the game (Fallout 4)

There are two ways, or you use Bethesda Archive Extractor (I think you will find how to use it yourself)

unpack the necessary files, replace them with your own and throw them into the game, you just need to observe the folder structure ...
Or the second option, you download some kind of mod, for example billboards and posters (it's just not a fact that all the posters will be there, so the first option gives you much more access to files) and insert your images there, then throw them into the game.
