Gamepad movement and visibility. Need Help (Pathfinder: Kingmaker)

There is a gamesir t4 pro gamepad, it is defined in the system as xbox360.
In the game, it works well, except for moving up and down on the left analogue and moving the camera up and down on the right one. (In other games it works fine)
I have already climbed the forums, and carried out various manipulations, nothing helps. I took out an old, dead wireless gamepad from xbox360, both the left and right analogs work. I read on the forums that it is possible that some device is interfering, which is also defined as a gamepad, but I have nothing but a mouse and keyboard connected, and I also disconnected them for verification, also removed the drivers from the box gamepad, tried to disable everything in the device manager only possible, removed plugins from the game, nothing.
For the second day now I have been trying to get the gamepad to work normally in this game, all to no avail. I hope that someone has come across such a problem and will be able to explain to me, well, or at least direct me to where to dig. Thank you in advance for your response.
ps Yes, I could play on the old boxed gamepad, but I repeat, it is dead, its counterparts drift so that you do not wish the enemy.
