Franklin's Unknown Mission [PC] (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Good day to all. There was such a problem in GTA 5 during the passage. Passed the game by 80% somewhere. Well, none of the characters have missions, except for Franklin. It's just that when choosing a character, Franklin has a mission, but there is no task on the map. I searched many forums and did not find anything, there were answers that helped someone, just do not write them to me, I will now list them.
Answers on various forums with the same problem:
- Complete all missions with a parachute. (All missions have already been completed, but the task is hanging.)
- Call Tona, after she will give 5 tasks and you can buy a parking lot with a tow truck. (Firstly, I seem to have completed the tasks with her, where she needed help, and I already bought a parking lot with a tow truck. Secondly, when she calls, she answers: - Tonya is busy. Bounce after the signal. Well, the call is dropped.)
- Wait. Search. I also had, find all sorts of spheres, bombs, etc. (Here I do not understand anything at all, what to look for and where, and I think it does not apply to the mission.)
