It is located with a random event on the road between the lokas, a gravy boat on the ground and 4 options for answering what the GG would like. The third (science + technology) is very good, the rest are so-so. Especially psionics +30, which affects absolutely nothing.

Got it, thanks. So the random is the cleanest. And the most "tasty" option is definitely the 2nd one. Psycho and perception are the most important stats. And the plus points to the skills on religions are really useless. That psionics, that technology and science - one hell. Here's a plus to crime would be important, but what is not there is not.
UPD: This chance encounter is only possible when traveling on foot. We park the MZKT with legs, feet. The desired relic is obtained by choosing option 2 in the dialogue (Personal qualities left much to be desired).
