Game crashes on startup (Farming Simulator 19)

I have a Steam version of FS19, no matter how much I tried to reinstall it, it does not help, the game works but only until the PC is turned off. After turning it on, it does not work again. That without mods, that with mods, it still crashes at startup.
When you load it, a shortcut appears on the taskbar, but nothing more, then it just crashes and that's it.
Who knows how to fix this?
