Transport problem, flying lights. (Just Cause 2)

In general, I like everything in the game except for 2 things: disappearing corpses (which I looked at is not fixed) and 2 flying headlights of cars. In short, when you crash into the wall, for example, the headlights stop working and you can see a minty on the car, BUT there are round headlights (I don't know how to explain this, I will attach a photo not from the game) and when you look at the front of the car you see light from the air and to make it disappear you need to hit the wall again and IF you're lucky it breaks. This does not always happen, but very often. Perhaps somehow you can delete this effect? Or is there some kind of fix? Or maybe you don't have this, but it's just that I have the wrong graphics settings?
