Bug with FTL engine (Starbound)

I tried to fill it with fuel, but the tank with fuel does not respond to pressing the E button. I just stand next to it, press it, but nothing happens. What to do? Well, as far as I remember, the engine needs to be repaired 2 times:
The first time you need to bring crystals from the lower layers of the planet, after that you can fly to other planets, but within the solar system (no fuel is needed for this at all) .. The
second time it is the FTL engine that is repaired , for this you need to fly to the gate and get to the post fort (in each solar system, the most distant orbit from the sun). They give a quest to clear the mine from some kind of biological threat, after that you can only fly across the galaxy ..
P / S: fuel can also be found there in the infinity express stall or fly to the lunar planet (there it is in bulk) ..
