Windows 7 identifies phones as Unknow Device.
I still use Widows 7 64-bit and recently had to reinstall it. After reinstalling, I naturally began to install all the necessary drivers, connecting the phone (Samsung Galaxy A51) as a Wi-Fi modem. However, after installing them, I reconnected the phone and found that it was no longer defined as "SM-A515" and began to be defined as "Unknow Device" while naturally there was no access to files and modem mode, only charging. This is definitely not a problem with the cable or ports, but specifically with the computer. Now, if someone came across, then I ask for help.1 Comments

Somewhere in the phone there should be USB connection settings, in this case you need to select something like "CD drive", and in theory you can open a section with drivers and other goodies on your computer. Not sure if it really helps.
