Game does not work (Mount Blade)

Hello guys, there was a problem (for me personally, it's a huge one as my favorite game), after installing 10 windows the game stopped starting. I launch the game and even the standard window does not pop up, I launch the task manager there the game is there and eats memory, but it does not work at all. (Warband works, but I want this purely because of mods such as the wedding dance and custom settlements).
PC specifications:
RAM - 8GB
Video - Radeon rx 470 (4gb)
Processor - AMD Ryzen 3

Perhaps the drivers are not installed, everything is flying with me.
Also, mods may not work on 10k.
In Steam, you can click to check the game files.

If these problems are excluded, you can think about others)
