Horse Riding Training (Mount Blade 2: Bannerlord)

I hired several companions and some of them had less than 10
horsemanship. However, I could not find a horse that would require less than 10 horsemanship.
Therefore, I cannot put some companions on a horse, so that they rocked horseback riding, respectively, they are 100% infantrymen and nothing can be done about it.
Or is it possible?
Are there horses in the game with skill requirement 1?

Have you changed the hero leveling system?
Usually, with each new level, points appear that can be distributed anywhere, including the leveling of "riding".

After the patch, now there is such a hnya, before it was possible to plant a pack horse, and at least somehow the quality began, now you need 10 skills at once. They say there are horses without requirements, but they only get knocked out in battle, so watch carefully ...
