World and factions (Elex 2)

At the same time, two familiar territories await us, which will undergo very big changes - firstly, the former desert of outcasts Tavar will already be a fertile land, and some "new berserkers" will rule there - followers of Kaya who have departed from the strict laws of Goliet.
Secondly, Ignadon will freeze due to the invasion of aliens, the clerics will become refugees, and their city will be destroyed.
The comet crater, which in Eleks 1 we could see from afar, would be filled with water, and to the south of it and to the east of Tavar they will add a new large territory of Karakis (where Bloody Baxter escaped according to the lore of 1 part)
A new faction of cutthroats called the Morkons will live in Karakis
