Squares instead of hieroglyphs.
The bottom line is this: Windows 7 x64, instead of hieroglyphs, squares. To be precise, squares in Explorer (folder names, for example) and in an audio player (AIMP, for example). In the browser (Chrome, for example) everything is displayed fine, in MS Word too, in all possible fonts.I'll even say more: I tried to put the Japanese language (after all, I think it's just a crooked assembly, where there was no support for Asian languages by default), and I even got Japanese input. But in the Explorer and the player there are squares, at least kill. Who will tell you what to do?
To demolish this curve assembly and install a normal Windows is not an option - I would like to fix this.
Thank you in advance.

And in vain - it was so while I was using "assemblies". Then I downloaded myself an MSDN image (litsuha) - there were no problems with hieroglyphs. Shows everything in the programs and in the explorer - the OS itself is Russian, did not install additional languages.
