Optimization issue (Doom (2016))
Again AMD left unoptimizedVideo card load 280x 70-80%
FPS drawdowns are terrible

(Windows 10)
And I got the feeling that the Bitcoin game just can't be, so a linear "joker" with good graphics gave CPU warm up to 68.
Cooling is excellent. In The Witcher 3, higher than 58 did not jump.
What is the "salt" I do not understand.
Look for help for yourself!
Well, I went to BIOS and turned off energy saving and automatic overclocking.
In general, everything related to auto overclocking and increasing voltage and will.
By "devolt" settings are high, textures and particles are ultra.
Vertical sync off!
And the will of 75-90 frames in battle 59-61
As I understand the CPU, millet was overheating due to light auto overclocking from 4 to 4.1 (automatic), well, and all that come out of this: overheating and resetting cleanliness.

Standard measures, ala disabling programs in the tray and closing all applications, as I understand it, you have already done?
Igego
read somewhere that monitoring consumes 10 frames, the afterburner can be left, the rest can be cut
DeLaKoren
Fuck would be with him, even if he eats 30 frames, (well, here I certainly bent).
The fact is that you can look at the same place, and the FPS counter jumps like a "bunny" 37-90
This is terribly disturbing . And when enemies appear, an amazing "art house" comes.
The CPU starts calculating every movement of the enemy. And after 4-7 minutes it goes into overheating. Throws off purity, slowing down the vidyuhu.
I have i7-4790K, GTX 970, 16GB of RAM, Win 10 64bit - everything is set to ultra and keeps stable 60 fps without drawdowns, vidyuha is loaded on average 50%, 25-35% percent, RAM more than 6 gigs eats
DiZBaT Good
luck to you!
Such large companies are trying to "close up" new "firewood" upon the release of the game.
A quick guide to increasing FPS (frame rate):
1) Turn off vertical sync (V-sync);
2) Set the graphic to "High" or lower. Do not put "Ultra".
Enjoy! ;-)

If it were that simple.
Then I would say Aliluya, Developed Thank you for those games that you gave me.
No wonder I gave 2k.
And "cartoon" you have good and beautiful "body-killers" but alas. so I can't tell yet!
For several years I bought three radeon cards in a row, there were always problems, I bought nvidia, the problems are over!

At me similar nothing normally pulls business not in the processor but in the correct setup of the system. well, I recommend putting the Steam folder in ignoring by antiviruses, too, and game saves
