Weird problem on laptop ... (Fallout 4)

Good day, everyone. I am the owner of an old laptop Lenovo y580 (core i5 3210M, 8GB ram, NVIDIA Geforce GTX 660m) and recently noticed a rather strange thing related to the video card. With the 355.98 driver installed, everything works fine for vidyuhi, except for some new games that simply refuse to start, referring to the fact that my driver is outdated. When installing a newer driver (with which some new games start to start directly), the following happens: when Fallout 4 starts (namely the launcher), my video is not detected and, accordingly, there are no settings such as fragments from shots and a new type of lighting. In the Nvidia panel, everything is set up for a high-performance GPU, and still it is not detected. The game itself, when launched, sees the vidyuhu and works with it, but the launcher does not want anything. Also, in some old toys (like CoD Black Ops 1) FPS drops immediately to 10. Perhaps I'm the only one so meticulous, but I would like to figure it out. Maybe someone came across?

Try to manually register your video card in the configuration files.
Fallout4Prefs.ini file
Parameter sD3DDevice = "NVIDIA GeForce GT 660M"

if you need exactly the nvidea settings, try to include them in the ini file, or try to register it (vidyuhu) there, like this:

I tried to fill in everything, but still, when I launch the launcher, it thinks that I only have built-in Intel. I even tried to put the file with the "read-only" settings - it did not help
