Need help with Silent Hill 2 and SweetFx \\ Reshade

I still have not played this wonderful game, the desire was always there, but somehow my hands did not reach. And so I actually decided to play it and this mod came under my arm, http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/4085/
which well, I just can't put it, I did everything exactly according to the instructions of the author, but nothing does not work, spent almost 2-plus hours on it, reinstalling both the game and the mod. If anyone understands the settings of the graph mods SweetFX, Reshade, please help, because nothing works for these instructions and programs.
