Gone native resolution of the monitor
Welcome all visitors to the Playground. Recently I had a problem, but it disappeared a native resolution of 1440*900.Video:
Gainward GTX 650 1Gb
Monitor:
Acer AL 1916W
In the list of resolutions 1440*900 at all, even though everything was fine. In the Nvidia control panel here is a picture:

All this pandemonium started after installing an older driver that supposedly works more stable on the cards with the architecture of Kepler. But after the installation of the 300th version of the driver I've uninstalled everything with DDU utility to reboot. Set 441.08 again and at first everything was fine but the next day again the screen stretched to the resolution of 1280*1024. Please tell me what could be the problem. Thanks in advance.

Delete the video driver during the installation of the new video driver 441.12, put a tick clean install.

Thanks, but not helped unfortunately( When the monitor is connected to the laptop there is 1440*900 has, and on the computer only 1366*768 and 1600*900 eh...
Even tried the opposite - connect system unit to a 1080p TV and there is 1920*1080 and have everything below, but again, except for 1440*900
RMB on the desktop, choose"screen resolution -> advanced settings -> in the opened window make sure that the name of the installed graphics card -> list all modes. If you have the desired resolution, select it, OK, apply.

Thanks, the idea was to create a custom resolution identical to the native, but just want to understand what the fuck happened. Right now I tossed Monique for laptop 1440*900 please.

Install native fire wood on the monitor from disk.Perhaps that's the case.Windows needs to see the monitor and DVI connector.
