Map takes a long time to load (Cyberpunk 2077)

The common problem is that in the game interface itself, that in the Maps menu. I turned on the mode for a slow hard disk (the game is on the HDD), but the problem itself did not disappear. When you exit the inventory, you need to wait 30 seconds for the Map and interface details to load. If you just go to the full map, then there is a problem with loading (at first there is nothing, then the map and all the points on it appear). Is it possible to fix this or is it a problem in the hard drive?

probably a lack of something else, such as memory, video memory from which the game starts to use the paging file that is on the disk.
but maybe not.
