I think they exact answer I do not know. Testing is unpredictable and it can be detected any errors, including critical, the removal of which may require additional time. So SCS never give a specific date updates, so you don't have to reassure players and release a fully finished, debugged, and quality version. Instead of chasing a date, producing a crude product, full of bugs, and critical vulnerabilities that will have half the players hang out, and another just not start.
