Pumping (Tom Clancy's The Division 2)

Good day to all colleagues!
As I can not understand how some players already at 18,and even 20 boards and batteries (or bullets,doesn't matter) on the gear, and, even with all the inserts I couldn't count ,and most importantly understand how to do it.
I have all the gear 512 and indicators in 2 times less.
Apparently I do not understand something.
Explain Nuba AS ??? )))
