Misunderstanding with crafting (Tom Clancy's The Division)

For the best gold recipes, you need a special squad gold technique, which you find in the TZ and cannot be crafted.
Why do you need to craft materials marked (dark zone)? I have already accumulated a couple of hundred of each type and rarity. But having bought almost all the recipes for Phoenixes and none of them are needed.

When crafting the resources of the "dark zone" they are added to the usual resources - cloth, tools, etc.
Go to the crafting menu and look, it shows on the right what you get and how much you already have.
Recipes from the dark zone use regular rees and always special squad vehicles, which cannot be crafted yet.
