Put in windowed mode with no frame, set permissionsin Fallout4Prefs.ini
iSize the W = 1366
iSize H = 768
(well, there is already in its own customized)

bMaximizeWindow = 1
Load accelerated by almost 2 times, do not know whether it is connected-with my rukopopo - actions who have a performance problem - try and unsubscribe.

we take a normal pc and everything is ok!
you changed the permission, and turned on the window, this can be done in the launcher.

You most likely have AMD, the fact is that in full-screen mode, games use directX, and in windowed GL, and AMD does not give a damn about the owners of non-top-end cards (and they actually too), drivers (and the cards themselves), which they release a complete slag. Conclusion: Build a normal PC with Nvidia.
