Stripes in The division (Tom Clancy's The Division)
Help people, I'm playing a game and after a while stripes appear (Stretch) when aiming all the rules and if you run a bit too, like the rules, but if you turn to the place where all this was again stripes ...Well, the Windows demolished and the Drava put it, everything was fine yesterday, like

You press the Windows key + R
there you write DXDIAG
Next, a window will open and there "Save all information". Save it to your desktop and then upload it to the file sharing service and send the link here

settings in the game which are exposed?
All I can say is the lighting problem in the game. On the screenshots I see the volumetric lightning breaks down or just the speculator got out. The problem will be solved by Twisting the settings in the game (connected with lighting) or waiting for a patch for the game.
But not in any way the frequency twist of the video card !!!

The system in The division makes the default settings to High, but I have to set it to Low and Medium. since at high fps it sits very much = (((and on medium I also lag

At the expense of the purity with the MSI program, I do not touch it at all, since I do not know anything about it
Here I read the topics in google lazy on the office. forum divizhina and more than once came across similar topics related to AMD video cards - flickering textures and such artifacts as the author's. (which suggests that amd and the division do not go smoothly ...)
Mr_Irb Why did
I start this conversation, I thought everything was dying out and it's time to take a new one. In principle, I want to take now a geforce 980 gtx ti, since I bought r9 280 x with money from the army. Ie was a homeless person and took a homeless person)))

I suggested a solution to the problem (based on my own experience), whether to use it or not is up to you.
PS: Buying a new GTX 980Ti is unreasonable right now, either wait for a new Pascal (presumably a GTX 1080Ti) or take the cheaper 980Ti from your hands (they will start draining soon).

I forgot to add "But if it even burns out, I am not responsible for this"

There the kid has 780, apparently, according to Zenux, she is also creepy and does not pull out the game, that you need to increase its frequencies. Although the author plays there on a 19-inch monitor and has 90 FPS. But no, this is not a problem in the game, it is a problem in frequencies.
Therefore Zenux, let you save your advice really for business. And shoving FACEPALM pictures is probably the only thing that you do well.

Such nonsense can be written by a current person who has never overclocked a video card.

Such "artifacts" in games speak of a hardware problem, but how do you know this, such as you cannot even get theoretical knowledge on the Internet.

My advice here is on business, but your advice is not present, there is a flood that is not related to the topic, for this you get FACEPALM.

This is where the picture is really relevant and shows my expression after reading your absolutely meaningless message.
I’m finished, I don’t see any point in writing to you. Like a garokh wall.
AMD 7990 3GBX2
Confirmed texture flickering. The problem lies in Crossfire, there are some games and divisions on two chips, including where the textures flicker.
The same thing happened with Farcry 4, after a couple of months patches and firewood were released that solved the problem of flickering textures.
Also in the Crimson Driver settings, you can disable cross on the game profile and use only 1 chip (or 1 card).
If we discard the flickering with two 7990 chips on ultras, it gives confident ~ 70fps, On the same high-ultra chip, you can run 50-60. I'll post the screenshots a little later.

Fustcaper13 also seems to have a cross, but he did not even know and the beatle0504 GTX 780 apparently also learned to work in a cross.

"flickering textures" is an old sore of cross and sly and is unlikely to be related to the problem of fustcaper13 and beatle0504, but for the info of the ATP.
Well, in defense of AMD, I will say that this is not all on DX12, if the division were spinning on dx12, we would all see different results in FPS (30% increase), and most likely there would be no bands either.
The benchmarks in the brand are amazing DX11-DX12. It will be possible to actually test it very soon on Deus Ex.

judging by these tests, in Lark dx12 only sits FPS, and so decently (
