Lane Gallows (Fallout 4)

Lane Gallows the best settlement as it is located close to the diamond city and to neighborly relations and the center of the map easier to get to any place, especially for those who plays on survival.

The there is currently a settlement. There are 2 entrances on each other and both need to hack, I think the difficulty of the lock easy as I shook the burglar and he opened.
