I often go to all sorts of shopping centers, markets, cafes, etc.
So, once leaving Greenwich, I found on the left side of the driver that the front bumper was scratched to the “meat” of plastic. On a white or silver car, it would not have been visible for sure, depending on the color of the "opponent's" car. But in my case it is obvious and striking in a clean car.
I decided not to delay this case, because according to CASCO, the circulation period is 5 days! You can of course tighten, but still found the time to issue.
So I went to the traffic police in the Leninsky district in the Moscow Region "Yekaterinburg". I went in the evening and, oddly enough, there were few people (snow fell sharply, ice, cold, many in the summer, etc.), in general, I was surprised. It probably lasted an hour and a half. But that's not the point. Closer to "sleep", the guys in uniform, apparently, were also tired of everything and they formally began to scoff at the participants in the accident, as well as "reference books No. 748", like me, with whom they did not want to deal with at all, explaining that they had business there is more seriously, but "You are here, with your jambs." They took care of me anyway. The bottom line is that when contacting the traffic police on such issues, it is easier to say that you entered yourself than you were hurt and fled the scene of an accident. If you say to the traffic police that you were hurt and disappeared, this takes a completely different turn, and the police department will investigate this further, and in particular the police, not the traffic police. Upon receipt of certificate No. 748 in the traffic police, in case of such an accident, it is better to say that you yourself drove into an obstacle. It's faster and easier.
So, after waiting at the traffic police until they draw up all the documentation, I began to doubt that I would be able to get out of here without paying any fine. The fact is that in the glove compartment there were unpaid fines in the amount of 4 pieces + tinting in a circle, without a forehead. But apparently they do not pay attention to these formalities. But at least 500 rubles. I was ready to post after one of them went to photograph my damage. Descending the stairs, he asked:
— "Your Toyota?"
I say yes!"
— "Black?"
He kept silent, because it is obvious!
— "Have you already been fined for tinting today?"
I say: "No, and you shouldn't."
- "How not to! NECESSARY! Come on, I'll be the first then."

The law came into force on September 23, and never! I have not yet been stopped for this violation.
I say: - "So I just returned from a business trip!"

I did not go on any business trip, and 5 days have long passed since the moment of this trouble.
As a result, the certificate was in my hands and I went to the insurance company for payment ...
Soon the next one, so I would immediately get to the bumper repair and the passage of the TO. But judging by the mileage and the moment when they give official confirmation that I could go to the OD, I will not be able to combine these two things.
