Rear view camera - Toyota Carina ED, 2.0 liter, 1994

    Toyota Carina ED 20 1994

I forgot to tell you about the camera :)

after buying a TV set in the car, I was not left thinking what to do next ...
as a result, they crashed the camera
. In the first year after purchase, I often used it, especially in the parking lot near houses, when there are a lot of cars and you have to squeeze in. Also, the camera turned out to be very useful even in dark winter in the evening, the car was tinted and at first it was very difficult without a camera.
Now, after 3 years, I practically don’t use it, but I still consider it a necessary option in my car (you never know)

in the photo it can be seen under the letter E

this particular place was not chosen by chance. There are two objective reasons:

1. The camera is embedded at a certain angle and looks down, the height of the location increases visibility. I would not have achieved this effect by crashing it into the bumper, and it would not have risen at an angle. Its location in the bumper turned out to be parallel to the ground. State . the number also did not allow me to install it in the center. At the same time, it closed the review with a frame if you cut it somewhere next to it.

2. For 3 years, I drove into the rear bumper 2 times.
If the camera had been in it, they would have probably broken it. I foresaw this, which is why I put it higher.

Why did you decide to embed in this place? Maybe a bumper would be better...

The 2nd reason convinced me! but I never thought that they drove into my op!

where did you get the camera power in the trunk? I’m thinking of taking it from the reversing lights, but here’s someone else who can give me a better idea
