soundproofing and replacement of front speakers - Toyota Carina, 2.0 liter, 2000
I finally got around to posting pictures of my work, of course, so far I’ve only done the front doors, I plan to make everything noise) I’m sorry that not all the photos, I just worked without a digital camera at first)
Expenses:
1) vibroplast m1
2) vibroplast m2
3) accent
4) fiberglass
5) speakers Vibe Black Air 16 (360 watts)
First, I disassembled the panels and degreased the doors, then put a piece of m2 under the speaker on the inside of the door, because this area would have a lot of pressure, and glued m1 around it. After that, I glued it into the inner part with an accent (Shumkov) on top of m1. Next, I applied m1 and m2 to the outer part of the door and sealed everything with the same accent. Yes, I almost forgot, I also made seats, made plywood rings, so that the panels would not rattle, I glued the glass with a cloth because the panels are not new and everyone is worn out. After gluing, the panel improved significantly, the result is obvious)) When assembling the panel, there were problems; I had to cut the inside of the skin (
As a result, the sound turned out to be clear, but the problem with the bass, it may not be the same, it all depends on the speakers.
