Wood=>Carbon 3D=>Turned aluminum — Toyota Avensis, 1.8 liter, 2008
I have already purchased a film for a long time, and I fitted all the details that I wanted about a month ago =) let me
remind you that initially there was such a salon
www.drive2.ru/cars/toyota...4062246863888374983/#post
then I pulled it over with carbon fiber 3d

now finally found the time to take a picture and put the result on public display! this is what my salon looks like now =)
ps for the dust in the cabin do not beat =)
Issue price: 2 300 ₽ Mileage: 19,000 kmnothing special, but the toad choked me to buy this little thing myself =) tomorrow I'll take a picture and post it!
now we are definitely brothers =) here they gave me something on the DR, I’ll post it the other day, I thought about this acquisition from the 1st day of operation =) thanks =)
thanks! I think I’ll re-glue it for the January holidays =) there are just a lot of buttons and troubles, respectively ... so I postponed it for now =)
while the film is boiling water, stretch it and level the angle on the visible surface ... then you disperse the formed folds along the entire length of the part ... in fact, you can’t remove the folds everywhere ... in some places I still have them, but there are a couple of them and only I see them =)
I glued carbon for the first time and there were a lot of stocks, now it’s almost ideal =)
I’ll practice 2-3 times more and be a guru =)
just try and you will succeed!
And I’m still not going to paste over mine ((I don’t understand how you bend the corners evenly? They stay sticking out for me, and when everything cools down, it peels off
with a steering wheel, hemorrhagic, to do it well, you need to remove the steering wheel and pads, and there is an airbag, even a little bit =)
it’s nice to look at such a salon, otherwise this tree spoiled the whole view) and you’ll probably have to suffer with the steering wheel, but it’s worth it)
Thank you =) I like the view more, it remains only to drag it on the steering wheel, but I don’t know yet how to do it perfectly without jambs =) and I’ll be able to make a radio tape recorder…
Thanks! well, I want to experiment, and the film remains, so I'll try it on the weekend =)
Well done Diman! I would leave the buttons as they are right now! In my opinion, it’s more expressive right now!
He lives quietly, there was not a big breakdown with the climate, in the driver's seat all the time the cold air spat, the replacement cost 14 thousand and the mileage was 139000, no problems!)
Thank you, Dim, we try =) how is your Avik doing? and then ran away from the site =(
the type of light bulbs is www.netuning.ru/index.php?productID=821 but there are no orange ones, as I understand it in nature =) and I have a tidy, radio tape recorder and climate are burning red =)
Thank you, I tried =) I’ve been sitting for 2 hours already looking for orange bulbs in the salon on the Internet … nowhere =) I want too much mb? =) paint the mb stock orange? =)
black, it generally looks bad =))) and it’s so great =) the mayfun is just crappy painted, not gray, not brown, but xs what color ... I’ll try to cover it with a film, but because of the large number of buttons, it’s not a fact that the buzz will turn out = )
crazy film! but what happened as a result somehow I don’t like it at all :( I expected that you would get it like in the photo with the kamryuha from the previous BZ, but it turned out that the mafon with the climate is very different from everything else ... maybe they should also be covered with a film? all the more gray buttons should look normal and you don’t need to glue them ... although on the other hand it may turn out that they will merge with the upper strip on the panel, which is also not ice ... ideally, of course, it would be to find a film in a darker tone and fit it with a mafon, climate and the lower part ... in general, there is something else to think about here ... but I would leave the cover over the air ducts in general black, somehow it stands out out of place, as it seems to me ...
the film for the discoverers is generally super-duper - it is put really without bubbles due to its super duper adhesive layer =) it stretches well and has never torn!
yes, I know what they have in stock =) but Aviks don’t have the same in stock =) thanks! I liked the film from Hexis more than anyone else how it lays down - everything turns out very easily and successfully! but it won’t work for the outside - too thin - 80 microns. and the same carbon 120mkr.
SekaS! I think that you still need to master the radio / climate control panel in the same film)
why don’t you all like this cover =)) it makes me very happy, no one even tried to do it, they do everything that can be easily removed-inserts, mafun and gearbox ... I originally wanted to see my salon just like that =) well, I’m with mafun I decide I think =) thanks for the opinion =)
To be honest, you took the glove compartment lid in vain, it turned out horrible IMHO!
It is better to cover the mafon cleanly and leave the buttons in the same color!
In general, there are no complaints about the work done, everything is good =)
the whole plastmasska stretches, which is near the checkpoint over the edge farthest from the ashtray up, but carefully so as not to break it! then unscrew the gear knob and take it all off! Behind the ashtray, you need to unfasten the cord with the electrician! and then guess how to remove the ashtray itself! everything is on the latches - you need a thin and long screwdriver!
if you have any questions, write ... I went to finish the Shumka arches, I’ll report back today or tomorrow =) after parsing the entire cabin, I’m going by intuition already and I don’t need a book =)
look at the next entry, lose everything in the topic =) and the glove compartment too ... =) for my taste =)
Handsome in general, only the glove compartment is better to remove in my opinion. Like a thorn) And so offset, a star to you for this
this is not the last post about the alteration =) yesterday I added another update =) I liked it, I'm glad =) but I carried out an even more global introduction of aluminum =)
how gorgeous everything turned out — to be honest, everything changed — it became brighter and because of the bright light, it was probably more spacious in the cabin,
well done in general!
this hexis film looks like turned aluminum… it looks more interesting in real life…
I didn’t even think that such a film was on sale, if I had probably found it at retail, I would immediately buy and tighten the salon) it looks cool)
and I already got used to the tree and don’t even know how to change it or leave it as it is. With a cocoa tree "warmer" in the cabin))) here I decide) it is necessary to look at the options in real life, otherwise it is difficult to decide on the photo. You did great!
