Oiler problems — logbook Toyota Mark II 1990

Greetings to all, guys, I need help, I have not been able to find a solution for a very long time. At a cold start, the oiler burns for 3-5 seconds; on a restart (the engine is warm), the oiler rarely goes out after 1-2 seconds. and most often it burns for a very long time, I somehow plucked up the courage and waited 30 seconds. so the infection did not go out (without gas), and the cure is that as soon as you give in to 1500 rpm, at least then it goes out. The filters were original (there were about 10 or more oil changes), 10w40 oil was always, the sensor was changed 3 times, it’s native, the oil level is normal, I don’t lower it below half, in general, almost full, the dipstick is native, mileage is 269,450. Engine 1G -GE, car Mark II GX-81
, noticed a week ago that the pan is a little crumpled, just a little, most likely it happened not long ago, I had not seen this before.
It started with the fact that at -32 they started it, somehow picked it up, but started working (I don’t even know what oil it was, I think it’s not difficult to guess), from that moment the lamp started to burn and the current went out when the engine warmed up. After that, they looked at the service station for a long time and came to the conclusion that some trifle blocked the highway, which came off after that start-up, I don’t know whether to believe it or not? The previous owner said little. But we must pay tribute to the service station, the lamp just burned, but now at least like that. The car passed 30 thousand, no less, I read a lot, my head was spinning, but I didn’t find a solution, so help me out if possible. Thank you all for your participation!

"The pan is a little crumpled" - here's the first possible reason for you.
I've probably already read about the oil pump, the second reason.
And about the fact that a 1G oil pressure sensor is a disease, probably, too ... When changing the oil, it could be damaged, by the way.

It started a very long time ago, the pan most likely recently crushed, at one time I really wanted to rush to change the pump, but I stopped, read and thought, it helps very rarely, but I can rely on luck, so at least I’ll extend the life of the engine =) and as for the disease, how much I know that frequent dying was noted on 1G-FE, not noticed on 1G-GE. When replacing, it could be damaged, but how to determine this? Will it constantly give a signal to the oiler or will it finally be silent?

And people also drove to 1G-GE with a burning oil light, the sensor was to blame for everything ... By the way, did you pick the right sensor? As far as I know, they are different, designed for different pressures ...

I'm not good at those details...

The sensor is native at 0.2 R, so they picked it up correctly, I don’t even know what to do, change the pump, straighten the sump and clean the oil receiver, it seems that it won’t come out much. But there was no experience of replacing pumps with other brands, GTE, JZ? And what threatens the high performance of the pumps, will the seals leak? But it’s not a bad option to combat oil starvation, it will get to the right pressure faster (although there will be more pressure), what do you say?

On you, of course)
FIG knows, I would read the manuals for the pressure that the pump gives. Better ask the technicians

And what can you say about replacing with a regular one? The pump is meant =) nothing, what are you?

We now take these machines seriously and try to bring them to the ideal. And our fathers in the 90s (I'm talking about the Far East) already encountered this, spit on burning light bulbs and drove on. Like, figs with him, we’ll bring a new one soon anyway. And these cars from the era of the 80s keep driving and driving ... So think after that how to live on)

Here you are right, I will read it, it will be a shame if the replacement does not help, 2 people did this at the service before me, it didn’t help, damn it, well, as they say a pig in a poke =) even apart from Us, the topic is of no interest to anyone = (even on the TourerV forum 16 views and no opinion =)

So I don’t want to, and I also scored for a blinking oiler. But everything was easier for me, the oil was too thin for hot, it went away with an oil change. But what I would have done in your case ... I don’t even know.

Said strongly and to the point! And I will say that I love this car and do not want to lose such a reliable and loyal friend, such things =)

I understood you, but what kind of oil did I change to? To improve my education =) They finally wrote me this: www.tourerv.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=80295
there will be time to look and write back =)

My mark was sick with the same crap, but I cured him by replacing the paint pump! The reason is the pressure reducing valve + wear of the pump gears!

by the way! I and all my friends have a mobile phone filled with either semi-synthetics and an antifriction EP added to it helps the engine live!

That's right, the victory was won precisely thanks to the replacement of the pump, on the advice of a friend, I switched to Liqui Moly 10W30 semi-synthetics, the flight is normal =)
