Strange navigation problems — logbook Toyota Land Cruiser 2007

During a trip through the Voronezh anomalous zone, navigation failed. I wrote about this earlier.

Today I finally chose the time and drove to the installation center. The master checked - it does not work, he does not see the atlas of maps. Pulled out the card, went to the computer. Inserted, opened and the master gasped - the folders and files were renamed, some of the folders do not open at all. Most files have weird extensions like .3*s, .fdi, and so on. Attempts to remove "broken" files are also unsuccessful.

We made a new folder with maps and system files, everything worked.

This is the first time the Master has encountered such a problem. This is my second case. when visiting anomalous places changes the information in the computer. The first time this happened when visiting the anomalous zone near the Devil's settlement in the Kaluga region. Then, after returning home, all the files were mixed on the laptop that was with me. After rebooting the computer, the location of the files was restored.

Let's see how NaviPilot will continue to behave in such places. Unfortunately. there is no way to deal with such problems. In the case of navigation, only good old paper maps and orientation by the sun or stars save. even the compass in such places does not always work correctly ...
