Tire pressures - Toyota Corolla Fielder, 1.8L, 2001
Cool option in the car - Tire pressure sensor.
The sensor works from the ABS system, if the wheel is lowered, it means that it rotates faster, etc.
The sensor does not work from a quick tire deflation, the
lamp (*) only lights up when the pressure is uneven! Whenever changing a wheel to a "banana" or other actions related to removing wheels, it is recommended to do a general reset of the control system.
The system may not work properly in the following cases: using a "banana", with a significant excess of pressure, with a sharp drop (puncture) of pressure, and if the system has not been adjusted after replacement.
setting technology:
1. equalize the pressure
2. turn on the ignition
3. YOU MUST RETAIN THE SPECIAL. BUTTON (located directly under the steering wheel a little under the dashboard trim, about above the knee =))), press the brake pedal and hold it. The indicator should blink 3 times with an interval of 2 seconds.
This is the only way to set up and no more.
In general, after bringing the tire pressure to normal (in a circle), the illuminated pressure sensor light goes out after 3-5 km.
