Clutch - Toyota Sprinter Trueno, 1.5L, 1983

A week ago, we gave the flywheel to the turner for the groove, so that it would stand on the crankshaft + for the fastening of the clutch basket from the brand. Today, it was all assembled and installed on the engine.

The problem arose that the native release bearing was much wider than the hole in the center of the basket, making it difficult to release the clutch. We took a clutch release from a dozen, remade its inner diameter to fit the desired one.
The basket and the releaser are slightly lower than their relatives, so I had to put washers under the basket mounting bolts (1.5 mm) + such a thick washer in the releaser + put the growers under the release fork fixing bolt.

The starter seemed to come from a machine gun.

It remains to attach the box through the pillows, which are not yet available. The mount from the machine gun did not fit - it is longer.

Now it remains to:
- put pillows, attach the box
- make a cable (they took from the nine-point parking brake)
- rivet the rear universal joint cross (backlash)
- actually assemble

5 points for repair work, always respected people who find non-standard technical solutions;))))
just be careful, otherwise you will come to the garage one morning and Tavria meets you instead of Khachik :)))))
