Replacing the air filter box mounting bolts - Toyota Celica, 2.0L, 1998
Replacing the air filter box mounting bolts.
It's simple: I
unscrewed one bolt from the front strut, loosened the opposite bolt, bent the strut, disconnected the air duct, removed the cover, unscrewed 3 bolts, pulled out the box.
At the bottom turned out to be sooo much dirt, which got there from under the non-original bolts and from under the wheel arch liner.
I fixed the box with three original bolts: everything fell like a factory.
I changed the air filter and assembled it in the reverse order.
yes, I have already cleaned everything, it
sucked in a little through the holes,
well, over the summer the sand pumped
all the same, the filter eliminated it all ...
I, of course, are not sterile there either ... but you have something completely dirty.
