Interior light 3 - Toyota Carina E, 2.0L, 1992

Interior light 3 - Toyota Carina E 20L 1992

I decided to remake my collective farm, described in the topic "interior light" www.drive2.ru/cars/toyota..rnal/4035225266124074834/

1. took a piece of the blank for the board
2. drew the future board in the program and printed it out.
3.It transferred it to the board using the iron method
4. etched it (thanks to my teammate for the help)
5. cut the board to size and cleaned the contact pads
6. tinned everything and soldered the components (6 cmd of 100 Ohm resistors, 18 3x crystal diodes and a connector for a light bulb )
7. made a light diffuser from a canister - so that there was a more diffused light and the board was not visible)
8. collected all the beauty :)

Gar, can you still stir up something like that? It is possible on diodes with a warm white glow about 3300K instead of 5000K as in my cabin ... It will be like a powerful light bulb :)

Thank you :)
Look:
1. Downloaded the "slayout-5rus" program. This is a small special program for drawing boards. I set the dimensions of the board in it, and there I have already placed the tracks, gaps, etc. ...
2. Printed the board drawing on photo paper in a mirror image.
3. He took a piece of a blank with a copper layer, put a printed drawing on top, covered all this happiness with a cloth and began to iron it with an iron. It turned out - the toner melted again and stuck to the workpiece (figuratively - as if printed on the workpiece). Then I put it all under running water - the paper was soaked and washed off, but the toner remained. Thus, the toner protected the copper layer from etching. And during etching, all copper was etched away, except for the one under the toner. Then he removed the toner with a zero-grade sandpaper and got conductive copper tracks. Previously, when scooping, the tracks were drawn using a capillary and varnish. And now it makes sense to draw when the "iron" method can be done many times faster and better.

It turned out great. But here I have a little question: What is it -
2. I drew the future board in the program and printed it out.
3.With the iron method transferred to the board
?

Honestly, it was a long time ago. For 3 years I did not fit a program or a soldering iron. So I am no adviser. Better to search in Yandex
