We paint the headlights - Toyota Altezza, 2.0 l., 1999
I decided to paint the masks on the headlights in black. Arriving in the morning in the garage began.
I take off the right headlight and see it in the fender liner, guess what? Bird's Nest. =))) I wonder how much the car was that they managed to twist it.
I disassembled it with a hairdryer, washed it, and painted it, having previously covered up part of the reflector so that rings around the reflectors were obtained. Collected.
It turned out to be a pretty evil face.
There was also a peeling radiator grille. But the solvent works wonders. I wiped off all the protective varnish, which was all battered, and it turned out to be almost a new roshot. For now, it will go on until I make a grid with a mesh.
The rest of the photos a little later
Price tag: 300 ₽Likely. When he took it, the sold one said that he had bought it for resale with a "friend's hand" in the engine. So most likely she stood for a long time.
how did you glue the reflector in a circle to make the rings? I can't even physically imagine this
You take masking tape, tear off small pieces and glue along the edge.
It took 30 minutes for the headlight.
