TO Camry - Toyota Camry, 3.5 L, 2006
When buying a Japanese car, people expect build quality, smooth suspension, good brakes, soft steering, and, of course, the most important thing - low cost of maintenance.
Everything in my Camry is true (well, I'm not very sure about the quality, but still not bad), but there is no cheapness in maintenance. This was an unexpected unpleasant surprise for me. Maybe it’s in my dealer, but every 10 thousand mileage to give 14-15 thousand rubles. for checking bulbs and replacing 3 filters with oil is too much. And this even without replacing candles and brake pads (as well as 25,000 rubles) And when the car was purchased, the manager assured me that MOT costs a maximum of 8-9 thousand!
In short, my advice to you if you take a new car, be sure to find out the real cost of maintenance, so as not to be as surprised as me when you are given an invoice for the maintenance, which exceeds your expected price by half!
Price tag: 15 000 ₽ Mileage: 35 000 kmWell, yes, it's a hit.
Something often MOT passes. I had a chord, it was THAT less often (15,000). and cost 4500 and 9000-11000 in turn. You can save a couple of thousand on pads - take original ones in existential (you can do the same with filters),
Honestly, I have not heard anyone say that the Japanese are cheap to maintain. especially a business class with such motor skills.
and also, how did you manage with an interservice mileage of 10,000 to call in at 35,000 :) :)
That's 35,000 mileage now! I stopped at 33000! Grumbled a little and accepted the typewriter.
No, the Japanese have always been cheaper than the Germans, for example, but the interservice mileage for the Camry is 10.000, and the Germans have 15,000.
So it turns out that the Camry is more expensive than a German car in service
Buying a new Japanese, I would have scored on TO. This is TOYOTA - it will be 100 years old! :)))
Well, what is the guarantee ?! Opel has a 2-year warranty. And the point after its end to overpay 3 times?
