On 10/07/2010, I signed up for maintenance of 40,000 km. In addition to all the procedures associated with TO 40, there were suggestions that again there were backlashes in the steering. As a result, I again drove into the pit, grabbed the steering rods, and asked my colleague to turn the wheel. And again found backlash.
I didn’t particularly delve into what it is, a rail or a column again or not stretched rail bolts. In general, I will take the car to the official today and leave it again until they fix it or replace it.
Again, the sad thing is that I drove only 2700 km on the repaired one. I'll be honest, sometimes there is gravel, there are also bumps, but even if you take a new prior, with all your desire, the steering mechanism will not break on the routes I drive. It remains to give back and wait for an answer to the question: “What is with the helmsman this time?”

Here is an interesting moment. If it broke the steering column again during a run after replacing 2700 km, it suggests that there is a defect in the steering mechanism, maybe the steering rack can be a hydraulic booster. If the steering column is broken again, then there is an assumption that the entire steering mechanism, including the hydraulic booster, does not dampen the blow, and the whole blow goes into a dead end, and the steering column is the dead end, which actually breaks. In this case, this is the replacement of the entire steering mechanism.
Now, if you look at the whole thing, then if you come back with the same problem with a mileage of 2700 km, should not the car be recalled.
The first appeal is related to the brakes, the second and already the third with the steering mechanism. Two mechanisms that, if they fail, will lead to an accident. It turns out that it is extremely dangerous.
In general, I'm still waiting for a response from an authorized dealer, let's see what happened, and apparently I will demand an official conclusion.

They gave the car. They said that everything is normal and there are no backlashes. He forced me to raise the car on a lift, to chat with the steering wheel to hold on to the rods. They said the total allowable backlash. They touched a new two hundred, there is no such thing! No, because she drove 0 km. In general, as I understand it, it is not in their interests to make a car. There are 2 scenarios.
1) Go to a friend who is impartial to this car and will not lie.
2) Go to the point of those. inspection and check on the stand (if the car does not pass, then prepare a conclusion)
Actually, this will show that I am wrong or they are. Of course, I don’t want any nerve, but if the car is still faulty, then I think it’s worth insisting on at least repair. And if it does not pass the inspection after replacing the steering column, it is quite possible to demand a replacement car.
