engine capital — logbook Toyota Soarer 1985
kapitalka … made in the summer) but I am writing now)))
carried, measured the connecting rods, crankshaft and cylinder block.
connecting rods - one for replacement, the rest in good condition
crankshaft - two necks were beaten, it could be machined to repair, but when the master found out that one neck had already been sprayed, he immediately refused ...
cylinders - they said either to bore, look for another piston and order other rings ... there was no way to do this desires, all the more so because these rings are ideal (therefore, I didn’t even consider this option) or one sleeve for replacement, but it’s better to change everything, because after it is replaced, we will assemble and drive the cylinder block for some time. For the re-sleeving of all 6 cylinders they took 5000 rubles. Work and material from it ...
Then all the gaskets and seals were bought, connecting rod bearings, roots (original Toyota) and crankshaft thrust bearings forgot to order immediately (and most importantly there was a feeling that I forgot something), a crankshaft from 7m was found, a connecting rod and a block was sleeved ...
the engine was assembled
according to prices
1 sleeve-5000
2 connecting rod-1000
3 full set of gaskets and oil seals original-8500
4 crankshaft 7m-geu-8500 (even a check was given for the first time during disassembly, they gave a check for a part)
5 connecting rod liners - ~ 1500 (I don’t remember exactly
6 liners indigenous - ~ 1500 (I don’t remember exactly)
7 oil filter - 170
8 oil went helix 4 liters - was in the garage
9 pink antifreeze - I don’t remember how much I filled in the price of 700 rubles for 4 liters
10 work myself))) means priceless
I don’t write the small things that were found in the garage (lapping paste for valves, sealant, etc.) I didn’t write
the total price because I forgot something for anyone)))
Now the engine is being run in in a gentle mode
