The LED had a short leg on the return spring of the speedometer (as in a spiral clock), which burned out and melted the substrate, the light guide. The LED itself didn't even burn out.
Alarm call. It would be on the assembled tidy - everything would burn down nafig ...
Therefore, now I am restoring, re-gluing and re-soldering and human isolation on the weekends. Purchased new LEDs and a new RGB ribbon.

Light bulbs under all information icons were replaced and there were issues with polarity. I went to the garage for an hour, checked, now everything is fine.
However, there were 2 problems:
1) The propellers are constantly spinning - a mess
2) There is no dipped beam. Dimensions and distant are present.

The condo was completely removed. An important nuance: after removing the air conditioner, both fans on the radiator began to turn on with the ignition on. The reason turned out to be the removed sensor of the air conditioning system (the one by the engine shield, on the tube with freon). Put it on a chip - the problem disappeared. It will be necessary to pick up the resistance, and put it in place of the sensor.

The transformer on the tidy burned out, but it is non-separable, filled with resin ... then for a couple of days I picked it up and soldered it. So don't despair, everything will be ok!
