Surfaces must first be prepared. Scrape off the old sealant and wipe with a solvent, i.e. degrease before applying the sealer.
First we put the oil receiver and oil deflector plate, then we apply a thick layer of sealant on the pan and put it on (I used gray sealant). Well, evenly twist, only carefully, so as not to disrupt the thread!
Everything, the pallet is in place)
We proceed to replace the rear crankshaft oil seal. We remove the flywheel and, prying with a screwdriver, pull out the old oil seal.
Then I tried to press in a new oil seal using the old one, but I missed a little and it sat too deep, which is not good, because it can leak. Well, I had to remove the clip of the stuffing box and press it again. Now this is much easier to do. Do not forget to lubricate with small, so that it is easier to enter)
Well, then we prepare the contacting surfaces, degrease, apply a thick layer of gray sealant and put the clip together with the gland in place. Gently pull, stripping the thread is very easy!
Then screw on the flywheel. The bolts are needed precisely from the MT flywheel, since it is shorter from the machine gun. The bolts were included with the box) Do not forget to lubricate these bolts with sealant before tightening. Then we tighten everything to the right moment and voila — the flywheel is in place))
Well, now we proceed to the intake manifold) Disconnect all the chips and tubes, unscrew 2 nuts and two bolts and remove the throttle body. It turned out to be dirty, although the collector itself is not very clean inside, but it’s okay, we’ll wash it, clean it. I mean that it was not in vain that I began to disassemble this assembly and I want it to be like new)
Well, then we unscrew 5 bolts and 2 nuts and remove the collector itself)) Now everything is in the sink and cleaning))
