Hello everyone, I want to tell you a little about how the GT-T was literally saved from overheating, namely how the front cooler was installed on my typewriter. :))

For a long time I thought, thought about installing this device, in general, I collected everything gradually, because. it was not possible to buy everything at once, the financial costs were not bad. Note: in Almaty, and in principle, as in all of Kazakhstan, it is very difficult to find any tuning for this CALDINA GT-T unit, so I have to order everything or I am Yapi. or get out of the situation myself, with my own hands, which I had to do. Everything was purchased separately. :))

Let's start with the Ketayman cooler itself. When they just started importing factory tuning from China to Almaty, it was of very good quality, and was in no way inferior to branded tuners, after a while, namely, about a year later, whose guys, in principle, are not so many who supply tuners to Almaty they began to import products of not very good quality ... in general, why am I talking about all this. I once drove into the garage to my friends Turerovods, but what did they talk about, and out of the corner of my eye I notice a cooler with 76 mm outlets in their garage, it was a cooler of one of the first imports of the Ketayman factory tuner to Almaty. I think I'll ask the guys where he's from, and how awesome he stood on my kalda))) after talking and learning that the cooler has been lying for a long time and no one is taking it, I decided to lay hands on it))) Friends with a smile said take it and set the issue price at 2000 rubles. I was very happy about this, counting this amount, I grabbed his armpit and fled the scene of the crime)))

Further, stainless steel pipes with a diameter of 63 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm and 6 bends of 90 degrees were also purchased with a thickness of 63 mm.

It remains to buy silicone compounds and clamps. Meanwhile, I stopped by my good welder and agreed on a price and time when we will install the entire device with him.
I’m going to buy connections and clamps, Subaru’s friends helped me with this, so something, but on Subaru we have tuning fuck ** oh eat ... Arriving at Pit STOP Subaru cluba, or rather, at the Autopilot store, I bought silicone connections from the company there SAMCO SPORT (2 turns with a transition 76x63mm, 1 straight 70x63mm, 2 straights for 63mm and 1 straight with a transition 50x63mm) and clamps seem to be of the same brand, they are not written on them, but the guys claimed that they were. Actually, it's not very important)))

Having waited for that very day of installation, having collected all the devices together, I quickly rushed to the Garage to install the cooler.

I decided to immediately turn the snail 180 degrees with the exit down, in the cut I give a description, remove the retaining ring on the turbine, turn the snail down without touching the hot part, which we get that the actuator remains without fasteners, come up with fasteners for the actuator, pull it, do we focus on it and fix it, we change all the hoses to silicone ones. the length of the relatives is not enough, we put everything in place, put the retaining ring back on, everything is ready. :)) By the evening the cooler was successfully installed)))

From the pleasant: the boost increased from 0.89 bar by STOCK to 1.2 bar, stable, but I had a problem. the actuator is slightly tensioned, it is necessary to do another mount, we already have thoughts of fixing the problem, as a result of which I now have overheating in the first 2 gears in peaks up to 1.4 bar, which is not good, gasoline is strictly AI-98. The native bypass valve began to make a sound similar to the sound that Tourers make, i.e. to laugh, plus the nulevik shows itself well, through which the air is also perfectly discharged ...)))

In general, I am satisfied with everything, the car immediately began to behave differently, there is no more overheating, the turbine breathes, or rather, even the car breathes, it became fun to tumble, the turbo zone went up, now the turbo starts blowing only from 4000 rpm, respectively, there are no failures in switching, everything is gorgeous...
