Moving Fili to SIBERIA — Toyota Corolla Fielder, 1.5 liter, 2002

     Toyota Corolla Fielder 15 2002

At the end of August, he said goodbye to his faithful friend.

In order to be clear.
For the last year and a half, Fielder has been running around Rostov. I moved there from Volo on official business.
In connection with the planned move to Turkey, the question arose of where to put Filya. It makes no sense to transport it to Europe. There are two options - either urgently sell perkup for ridiculous money or give it to your father in Novosib.
Naturally, dad could not refuse such a gift of fate, and I would not have allowed it - I would have chatted anyway. The question of the method of transportation was decided immediately after finding out the cost of container delivery - without options, you have to drive on your own.
An additional vacation, train tickets are quickly taken, and now my parents are already in Rostov. At the same time, we saw each other - after all, we live far away and often you don’t go to visit.

The car was re-registered for dad by a simple purchase and sale (the price was written from the bulldozer), winter tires and a bunch of all sorts of things were loaded into the trunk, including a camping stove.

A few words about the primus) The fact is that my parents are not particularly inclined to autotourism and generally lead a sedentary lifestyle, and the old Corolla is used mainly for rare trips to the country. And it was not easy for them to decide to travel on their own through half of Russia. But damn it, when else will you get a chance to ride? They prepared for the trip with all the seriousness of inexperienced motorists, that is, they took a lot of unnecessary things, believing that the journey would be through absolutely deaf, impassable places. Well, it’s not for me to teach them, so I helped to get together to the maximum, teaching them how to use the navigator and setting it up according to the “press and go” principle. They thanked me most of all for the navigator - it really helped me on the road. I don’t know the details about their trip, except perhaps that they only got a fine for speed once. It was not possible to meet the legal five days from the date of purchase, the haul took seven days of easy driving with full overnight stays in motels and admiring nature. The gays didn’t bother much, although they were probably very surprised that the passage was being carried out in the opposite direction from the usual one, that is, to the east. During the long trip, the machine showed its best side, especially everyone was pleased with a moderate appetite, which is quite normal, given the calm pace of driving.

Now Filya lives in Novosibirsk, feels great in the caring hands of my father. Siberia is a good place for right-handed people to live. My father did not sell his old Corolla station wagon, it will still come in handy as the first car for my older sister, who will soon pass on the rights.

I do not regret my decision not to sell Phil. The financial issue is not very important - the main thing is that the car is in good hands and everyone is happy.

Pictured is the new owner.
