after the last wash, the left headlight began to fog up, which means it is not airtight, it is necessary to disassemble it. But just disassembling and reassembling is not practical, something needs to be redone. With my headlights, the choice is not great, either to put eyes or blacken. The eyes burn out and in the city on many cars they already stand (not relevant, so to speak), and the blackening of the headlights on a black car is ambiguous. Therefore, I decided not to blacken, but to darken, i.e. give the reflector the color of black chrome, leaving the edging of the foglights and the passing color. What actually happened. And in my opinion, not bad at all. At first glance, it is not even clear that the reflector has been repainted, but in comparison it is immediately clear.
The photos turned out to be not very high quality and maybe even the whole effect is probably not visible. took pictures on the phone, the weather was bad, cloudy.
and there it is! =) well, then it's safe =) but is it possible to go through it yourself?
of course you can see, the color turned out to be black chrome, so everything wakes up to shine, in addition, the glasses themselves also give reflections. This is someone who is rolled up in matte black, and then not inside, but outside, they should think about it)
and if at night, for example, I will take back, and at that time you will stand behind with the headlights off, then I won’t see you? there are no reflectors. or see?
