R17 or "Prepare the sleigh in the summer." — Toyota Camry, 3.0 liter, 1993
I have been eyeing the 17th radius wheels for the summer for a long time - I want to ennoble the car and give it more tenacity and controllability. The other day I came across one interesting offer - they sell exactly Advan AVS Model 5 wheels for only 10 tons. I couldn’t get through to the seller today :( But for now I’ve figured out how it will look. In my opinion, it’s not bad! :)
Do you think it's worth the bother? If so, what profile of rubber to look for? I myself adhere to the 215/50 option - it seems to me more or less humane in relation to the suspension and discs in our road conditions. And at the same time, the outer diameter of the wheel will remain the same as with the current summer wheels ( 205/65/R15 ), which means that the clearance and the speedometer readings will not change, which is also buzzing!
Issue price: 10 ₽ Used spare parts Tire 20565R15 CORDIANT, DUNLOP, KAMA, MITSUBISHI, RENAULTand on 18s there is no need to rush anywhere, you need to drive slowly and importantly :)
Vosemnashki yes, but I think a pendant of such beauty will not survive for a long time))
17th wheel is a power,
if possible, of course, it’s better to put it,
I dream of p18)
I absolutely know that we are getting tires 225/40/18, that is, 7.5J should fit
in the internet, I found a review that it will become 8J, but I doubt it
native departure ET 40
I do not know the departure, the characteristics are not written in the ad. And what are the width and offset of the native Kamriv wheels, and what is the maximum that can be pushed in?
On a long journey, when I am heavily loaded, I usually go in the summer once a year, I want to leave the old wheels and I will transfer them for this time.
Is the flight suitable?
Rubber definitely should not be set wider, at least without interfering with the suspension and body elements.
They may not fit a bit in width into the rear arches, it will become noticeable in steep, but running turns, and if you have to load, they can also start rubbing. =(
Try to negotiate with the seller about fitting.
I found a page on the Internet with the selection of tire and wheel sizes for Toyota Camry III (XV10, V30, Scepter), maybe it will come in handy for someone else:
www.mycamry.ru/article/wheels/12.html
The "Creator" has already rewarded this car with hefty arches, you shove R17, and you only think about whether they will be too wide: D
I got through to the seller — they sold the casting :(
Until the summer is not soon, we have a long winter, we can still come across interesting options.
