I thought about buying just a pillow, without attachment.
but the replacement of the pillow assembly is 900 rubles, and the repressing is about 1300-1500 and it turns out that the whole difference in price disappears :)

Supports are always expensive if original. You can try to replace only the cartridge (silent block) with a substitute, the order of prices is roughly 300-500 + for a replacement. But orig. As you know, it takes much longer.
