To all owners of Toyota doreystalinga. — Toyota Camry, 2.4 liter, 2007

     Toyota Camry 24 2007

Before soundproofing, there was such a problem (a creak in the area of u200bu200bthe windshield where the clock is located, then as soon as the plastic warmed up, the creak disappeared), I even went to the official service, they said that this noise is on all pre-reistaling Toyotas, and supposedly the torpedo mount needs to be changed, now I know that this is complete nonsense and it is all much easier to treat. And here's the recipe: Remove the top cover of the clock, it's all on snaps, just pull it up. Turn off the clock and remove the light sensor. Now there is access. We lay sponges along the edges of the windshield, and they are not even visible. That's actually all, but for prevention, you can go through the lining itself with an anti-creak. That's all the solution to the issue, time will take from the strength of an hour. In red on the photo marked where to lay. Just in case, I glued the wires with foam to eliminate any possible noise.
