spoiler manufacturing part 2 — logbook Toyota Corolla 2008

due to unforeseen circumstances, the spoiler molding was delayed.
So, after the base has peeled off, we sculpt what we want from plasticine. for this we take thin plastic and cut out the shape we want, I cut out 15 pieces. Next, glue this plastic on our crust

After we take the sculptural plasticine and throw the voids between the plastic, as everything was thrown, we derive the form. I used the usual 15 cm school ruler, heating the plasticine with my mother's hair dryer (you can use the wife) with the ruler along the plastic as guides.

No. Plasticine is a blank. A fiberglass spoiler. Putty sanding, etc.
