Depo headlight setting — logbook Toyota Caldina 1999

In general, I got a curved dipped headlight (purchased after I caught up with the jeep).
The far one shines just perfectly, and the near one shines clearly into the eyes of an oncoming car (provided that it goes in the next row, without a bump stop in the middle of the road).

Turned and turned, the adjustments have no effect.

As a result, he drank a small “step” from the tree, tilted the reflector forward and put the step under it.

Collective farm, but free, fast and working.

Bottom line: the headlight also shines crookedly (i.e., the right tick is approximately in the middle of the car), but the near one is now not at the level of the glass of the car in front, but at the level of the number plate. Far, consider, shines on the floor. And don't care.

Now at least I can ride with my neighbor without blinding people.

thanks for the great comment :)

in the direction of active sports, I look actively, but the budget does not yet allow (although I want to)

in general, the headlight of the depot shines awesome, in terms of the fact that the beam is clear and illuminates very well. not smeared like native headlights

but the beam goes in the wrong direction =
people say that the depot is a lottery. either good or shit, as it happened to me.

Now it turns out that I go with different headlights. and more and more I start to think about doing one thing. either depot or original.

if the original, then you can insert lenses (because the glass is smooth, while the depot is corrugated).

I look)
I had the original (Magnetti Morelli seems to be spelled) at first, but not from GT-T, but transparent. Both succumbed to adjustments and were immediately set up by me. They shine really smeared a little, without an obvious jackdaw.

And now there are AktivSport. Until recently, I had no idea how they were regulated. Took it apart in the garage and found it. Twisted as it should, but they have jackdaws clearly expressed for left-hand traffic. Although after adjustment, no one blinks. Before that, there were such cases, because. right beat up.

In general, judging by the photo, you have optics from GT / GT-T. As I understand it, the Twister (deceiver) dorestayl equipment. Are the headlight lenses clear? Plexiglas or corrugated thick glass? And DEPO means in the furnace, as they say.

well, look:
I have the original right headlight, which shines smeared, but it is regulated normally,
and the left one is a depot, which is not fucking adjustable, no matter how you twist it (there are adjustments, I just didn’t twist them)

Behind the headlight housing. Maybe your adjustment just isn't working. I have an effect. But the jackdaw is still Yapovskaya ... (and Europe doesn’t make such

what are the adjusting screws? in the headlight?

I just twist them - but there's no point. I'm also thinking of disassembling the headlight, because it's crooked anyway :)

I also suffered with this issue on the new optics. It was somehow uncomfortable in front of oncoming people. As a result, I recently dismantled the entire front and found the adjusting bolts. As a result, the oncoming ones no longer blink, and I can see well :)
