took the length of the tape approximately by eye, as a result it turned out 17 LEDs on the right side, 15 on the left. Plus I took it directly from the battery (I keep forgetting to include a removable fuse in the circuit), Minus from the end doors. So that everything was simple - opened the door - LAS VEGAS !, closed - no)
PS: Some people have such crap on a separate button. Maybe something is convenient, but why go with her constantly on? )) does not distract? )

I have the dimensions. Doesn't distract. When I did it, I looked at it, I thought - hmm, cool, let it be. But the passengers are delighted. Well, of course, I glued too many diodes, I limited myself to 12 on both sides, but if it turns on only when the door is open, then it’s normal :)

Hey, there's nothing wrong with the driver's side. There is a button "abs test", here I have a tape from the edge to it (I measured it with a stupid ruler). A tape with a sticky side (I wiped the place where you glue it and that's it - you sculpt it.) To be sure, I still had pieces of STP - I cut out strips of about 3 by 0.5 cm and planted it as additional fasteners between the diodes.
I had to remove the bordachok from the passenger side.
