Today, in a detailed photo report, I will try to show and, so to speak, convey to the masses the production of plastic wings. So let's get started.
The matrix of the wing plane itself has already been removed, it is necessary to make the inner parts of the wing, with which it is attached to the body.
We cover the iron wing with the resulting matrix "crust" and make flanges out of thick cardboard.

Apply gelcoat. We pre-process the flanging with a separating compound, otherwise we will simply get a structure that has grasped to the point.

After the gel has dried and tested for touch, we cover it with fiberglass.

After the applied polyester resin hardens, turn the resulting "sandwich" over. we do the same operations described above.

So, after all the operations performed, we get a composite wing matrix consisting of 4 parts for easy removal of the future product. The flanges are screwed onto the matrix with ordinary self-tapping screws, after gluing the product and before removing it, the self-tapping screws are tightened, thereby ensuring painless removal from the matrix.

What else ... A. I bought myself all the same pneumatic signals Hella Highway :) :) :) For normal people I will leave my relatives, and for others (read, route workers, taxi drivers, etc.) I will take Hella to a separate meal.

I also made side fenders and a lower diffuser under the front bumper.
